Return and Refund Policy

At BodhBox, we take care to pack and deliver every order safely. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

Since BodhBox products are printed books and activity workbooks, returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Request Timeline

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return or refund in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, written on, torn, or damaged after delivery.

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The customer ordered the wrong product by mistake.

  • Minor colour, print, or packaging variations are present.

Refunds or Replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue and product availability.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled.
